Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost and are non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival. Bookings using a voucher must be made by telephone in advance. You MUST mention the voucher when you call. No photocopies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated, e.g. golf break vouchers which are only valid for the specific months mentioned.
